Mangos and Watermelons and Pineapples, Oh my!
Roadside stalls add to the adventure of travelling in Ghana. You will often see the stall tenders waving down cars in hopes of a sale. Out of town prices are good and when in season, the fruit is sweet and full of flavour. The watermelons are delish. Pineapples are just like you *used* to get in the West - dripping with sweetness.
